An island located at the southern coast of Queensland, Australia offers the most beautiful landscape I’ve ever seen in my life. There is a huge variety of vegetation and animals; the most famous one is the dingo, a wild dog known as the Australia’s wolf. Along the island there are several white beaches, freshwater and tea-coloured lakes, rainforests and crystal- clear creeks. I went three days camping with my best friends and it was the best experience ever. We got to drive various kilometers through the island coasts in different jeeps, and we were able to enjoy unique scenary. We saw some whales, dingos and even some snakes, that were very scary haha. At night we had campfires, cooked dinner with other campers and were lucky that we were there during full moon. Short flights are also available to see the beauty of the island from heights and we got the chance to do it. While we were there a natural event occured, a 200 mts sink hole took part Fraser island beach, but fortunately no one got hurt and authorities were able to secure the area on time. It was definitely an adventure trip that we enjoyed and I highly reccomend to visit.

Una isla ubicada en la costa sur de Queensland, Australia, tiene los paisajes más bonitos que he visto en mi vida. Hay una gran variedad de vegetación y animales, el más famoso es el dingo, conocido como el lobo australiano. A lo largo de la isla hay varias playas de arena blanca y lagos de agua dulce con aceites hidratantes para la piel, como el tea tree oil. También hay varios bosques y manantiales con agua cristalina. Fui de campamento con mis amigas y sin duda ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. Manejamos varios kilómetros en jeeps escuchando música y disfrutando los paisajes de la isla. Vimos ballenas, dingos, medusas y víboras ¡que me dan pánico! En la noche hicimos fogatas, cocinamos con otros campers y tuvimos la suerte que nos tocó luna llena. Tomamos un vuelo de 20 minutos que nos llevo a ver la isla desde las alturas, disfrutando la vegetación, dunas de arena y las costas. Mientras íbamos manejando el último día, ocurrió un evento natural inesperado, 200 metros de la playa desaparecieron por un hoyo que succionó algunos jeeps, pero afortunadamente nadie se lastimó. Definitivamente fue un viaje de aventura que disfrutamos al máximo y lo recomiendo muchísimo.
